F IS FOR FUTURE

This quote from Eleanor Roosevelt is one of my favourite quotes of all time. When I was in year 11 my head of year wrote cards to every single one of her pupils (quite an achievement!) Each card had a different motivational quote on, and this was mine. I never believed I would get good grades at A-Level or be accepted into a university, and she knew that, so 5 years later with a degree under my belt this quote holds a lot of significance for me.


I think it's so important to take a moment to enjoy all that is to come. I've got great things to look forward to in 2015 so I want to dot them all down here as a reminder to myself of what's to come.

My Birthday 

This is actually tomorrow and I've booked 5 days off work to spend time with my family and boyfriend. 

Valentine's Day

I'm never a huge fan of this day but I've been seeing some cute cards in the shops, especially Paperchase and it's getting me all excited. It'll be my first Valentine's Day with my boyfriend.

Egypt 

In April I'm off to Egypt for 10 nights! Literally so excited. We're staying in an amazing 5* hotel and luckily it wasn't too expensive. I'm looking forward to spending time with the boyfriend and our friends, spending time in the sun and enjoying some relaxation away from work. 

1 Year Anniversary 

Here's hoping we reach that point! Only joking. 

Ed Sheeran and Fleetwood Mac 

In 2014 I booked tickets to see Fleetwood Mac with my dad and then Ed Sheeran with my boyfriend. They're in the Summertime so there's still a long time to wait but I'm looking forward to seeing them.

As the year goes on I'm looking forward to adding more things to this list, including more holidays. I really want to go to Rome! I'm sure this list will just get bigger and bigger as 2015 continues.
