After arriving in Southampton I sat in on some of Sam's seminars for his editorial team. He runs his student magazine so has been busy training them for the year ahead.
That night we went out to the union club (where I used to go). It was an alright night except for the pervy guys and rubbish music. I was just really tired after the train journey in the morning. So it was home for me at about midnight, ready for the next night's outing.
Saturday

On Saturday I went to my old housemate's housewarming party. It was lovely to see my old housemates again, especially Nikki who I've lived with for 3 years.
I wore the Topshop Tulle Dress that I featured in my haul post on Sunday last week. It was really nice on until my friend dropped wine on it, luckily it came off easily!
Sunday
I woke up feeling really ill on Sunday so Sam and I had a Chinese takeaway and watched TV. We started watching Orange Is the New Black, which was a lot better than I thought it would be!

On Monday I came home. I was really sad to leave because Southampton was my home for 3 years and it's not fun being away from my boyfriend. But I'll see him again in a couple more weeks.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like you had a really swell time. I've been watching Orange is the New Black too. I agree, it's much better than I expected. All the characters are really different and I actually like kinda swoon over the security guard and the one inmate (forget their names). They're such a cute pairing!
